If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made via the methods specified on the Site. 

6. Prescription Products

Prescription medications will only be dispensed upon presentation of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We may refuse to fulfil, or request additional verification for, any prescription order. 

7. Delivery & Returns

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For information on returns, exchanges or refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy or contact our customer service. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MICO or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual‑property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

• upload or transmit any malicious code or unsolicited advertising 

• infringe the intellectual‑property or privacy rights of others

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. 

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
